2. I-Midstream (Amapayipi, Iziteshi Zokuphampa/Zokucindezela):
* Ama-Block Valve (Ngokuvamile ama-ESDV):Kufakwe ngezikhathi ezithile eceleni kwamapayipi ukuze kuhlukaniswe izingxenye eziqhekekile, kunciphisa ivolumu yokuchitheka. Ukusebenza kude kusuka ezikhungweni zokulawula kuyinto ejwayelekile. I-API 6D.
* Isiteshi se-ESDV:Hlukanisa amaphampu, ama-compressor, amamitha, namathangi okugcina izinto ngaphakathi kweziteshi.
3. Ngaphansi komfula (Izindawo Zokuhluza, Izitshalo Ze-Petrochemical, Izindawo Zokugcina ze-LNG):
* Ama-ESDV okuhlukaniswa kweyunithi:Hlukanisa ngokushesha wonke amayunithi okucubungula (isb., i-Crude Distillation, i-FCCU, i-Hydrocracker) ngesikhathi somlilo omkhulu noma izenzakalo ezimbi kakhulu.
* Ukuvikelwa Kwemishini Ama-ESDV:Hlukanisa izitofu, ama-reactor, amakholomu, ama-compressor amakhulu.
* Ukulayisha/Ukukhipha ama-ESDV:Hlukanisa izikhali ezithwala imithwalo zasolwandle noma zesitimela ezimweni eziphuthumayo.
Izidingo Ezihlukile Zikawoyela Negesi:
* Izindinganiso Eziqinile:Izindinganiso ze-API zibusa: i-API 6A (Wellhead), i-API 6D (Ipayipi/Okujwayelekile), i-API 607/6FA (Ukuhlolwa Komlilo). I-ISO 10497 (Ukuhlolwa Komlilo) nayo iyasetshenziswa. Isitifiketi se-SIL ngokwe-IEC 61508/61511 sijwayelekile.
* Umklamo Ophephile Emlilweni:Ama-ESDV *kumele* agcine ubuqotho bokucindezela kanye nokulawula ukuvuza kwangaphakathi/kwangaphandle ngesikhathi nangemva kokuchayeka emlilweni (ngokuvamile imizuzu engama-30 ku-1400-1700°F). * Ukukhethwa Kwezinto:Kumelwe uphathe isevisi emuncu (H2S – NACE MR0175/ISO 15156), ukucindezela okuphezulu (HPHT), amazinga okushisa acwebezelayo (LNG), kanye noketshezi olubolayo. Izinsimbi ezingagqwali ezimbili, i-Inconel, i-Monel zivamile.
* Ukusebenza Okuqinile:Ama-actuator e-hydraulic spring-return avame kakhulu ngenxa yezidingo zamandla aphezulu zama-valve amakhulu kanye nokucindezela okuphezulu komehluko, ikakhulukazi phezulu. Izinhlelo ezingasebenzi kahle zivamile.
* Ama-ESDV angaphansi kolwandle:Kumelela ukuthembeka okuphezulu kanye nobuchwepheshe, okwenzelwe ukujula okukhulu, ukucindezela, kanye nokusebenza kude ngaphandle kokufinyelela kokulungisa. Ukungasebenzi kahle kanye nokuthembeka okuphezulu kakhulu kubaluleke kakhulu.
